The Baftas (British Academy Film Awards) are set for an injection of A-list glamour like no other this year, with the appointment of Miss Piggy as red carpet host.
The orange-snouted one will put her considerable charm to good use as she interviews actors such as George Clooney and Brad Pitt at the London ceremony this Sunday.
Needless to say, she is already gearing up in style to snout out the best of movie-land talent.
"Imagine the likes of Clooney, Dujardin, Fassbender, Oldman and Pitt achieving the very pinnacle of their careers by getting a chance to speak with the one and only moi - Miss Piggy!" she said modestly. "Naturally, I will be asking questions that only moi would dare to ask."
Miss Piggy also set herself up as a challenger to George Clooney's wrestler girlfriend Stacey Keibler, saying, "If George wants to wrestle, bring it on! Best two out of three falls? Winner gets a dinner?"
