Be still our beating hearts: Urban Decay launches new Naked Illuminated Highlighter palette

urban decay naked highlighter.jpg

Ever since we heard the glorious news that Urban Decay were set to release a new Naked eyeshadow palette on 29 September, we've had the date circled in our diary, least we happened to forget one of the year's biggest beauty launches.

And now there's cause for further hype and excited circling with our red pen, as the brand has just announced it will also be adding - wait for it - a brand new illuminating highlighter to its cult Naked family (see below).

For those who aren't familiar, Urban Decay's best-selling Naked collection is a beauty lover's dream that offers a selection of gorgeous eyeshadow palettes, lip colours and skin products.

The collection already includes a Naked illuminated shimmering powder, available in three shades, that can be dusted all over the whole body, and the newly launched palette will include three brand new shades. These will be Pyrite (golden champagne), Twilight (pink) and Oasis (a frosted taupe).

The brand announced the news on Instagram with a heart-palpitation-inducing image of their entire holiday collection (pictured below) which will be launched in time for Christmas and include both the new Naked eyeshadow palette and highlighter.

Fingers crossed we'll be finding at least one of those beauties in our stocking this year...

There's no news yet on an exact launch date and price, but watch this space for further info.
