Exclusive: BRIT Awards nail art tutorial

The BRIT Awards take place next Wednesday (20 February), and Jenny Longworth, celebrity manicurist and Revlon UK Nail Ambassador will be backstage making sure all the performers (which include Emeli Sande and Taylor Swift) have picture perfect nails on the night.

To mark Revlon and Jenny’s partnership with the BRITS, the star nail artist has created five bespoke designs to celebrate popular genres in music, from pop to soul and rock. The designs are as cool and creative as you’d expect from someone who has decorated the talons of celebrity nail art fanatics Katy Perry, Rihanna and Rita Ora, and we’ve got an exclusive how-to for the 'Urban' genre nail design - a camouflage effect using deep earthy shades on a contrasting white background.

Click on an image in the gallery below to start the tutorial, and create BRIT-ready nails yourself at home. Don't forget to tweet us your finished nail designs to us @StylistMagazine and #britsnailart!
