Live web chat: Nichola Joss

Nichola-Joss-Sanctuary-Spa-.jpg

This week's lunchtime masterclass is with Nichola Joss, celebrity facialist and Sanctuary Spa skincare expert.

Renowned for working with the film and fashion industries, Nichola is the preferred beauty therapist for A-List stars including Scarlett Johansson, Hilary Swank, Gisele Bundchen and Gwyneth Paltrow.

Nichola’s fascination with skin is something she developed as a child through watching the women in her family fuss over cleansing, creams and skincare.

After gaining a beauty diploma, she went onto take a degree in biology and physiology before starting her beauty therapy career aged 19 at the Sanctuary Spa in London's Covent Garden. She then moved to Malaysia, where she did a one-on-one apprenticeship with a local lymphatic drainage therapist.

Nichola has since returned to the Sanctuary Spa in the position of global brand ambassador to oversee the creation of new skincare products and treatments and train other therapists in her bespoke treatment methods.

Nichola combines all of her experience to create well informed, bespoke treatments that yield immediate results and have her clients coming back for more. She is best known for her miraculous lymphatic drainage massage facials.

This web chat has now finished but you can read all the questions posed to Nichola and her replies in the comments section below
