It was cold and dark when we left the hotel at 5.45am this morning and the mood on board the bus was decidedly subdued. This soon changed when our key artist for the morning arrived, Tom Pecheux, a man who can't help but make you smile, says M.A.C Senior Artist Debbie Finnegan.

He created a look for Moschino that featured a dramatic eye and flawless matte skin. He described it as being somewhere between Amy Winehouse and a Japanese schoolgirl's hastily applied liner.

M.A.C Fluidline in Blacktrack was used to create the strong fearless liner using a M.A.C #266 Angled Brush. For skin we used M.A.C Face and Body Foundation applied in a sheer way then set with M.A.C Invisible Powder.

Cheeks had a touch of coral from a new M.A.C Pro Oranges Lip Palette, a hybrid of two shades in Crosswires and Sandy B Lips had a touch of Sandy B pressed in as this was the more sheer of the orange shades.

Two coats of M.A.C Haute and Naughty Mascara were added to curled lashes.

Brows were naturally strengthened in the inner portion using M.A.C Eyeshadow in Copperplate.

So after a first successful show I headed back to the hotel for a quick disco nap and then to my second show of the day.

At Iceberg, Charlotte Tilbury created a rock'n'roll eye liner that had a Nico, Mick Jagger, Rolling Stones feel to it.

We started by lining the eye with M.A.C Eye Pencil in Coffee a warm leathery brown shade and slightly extended it beyond the edge of the eye. Using a M.A.C#219 Brush we diffused the line then rimmed the eye in M.A.C Technakohl liner in Graphblack.

Skin was perfected with new M.A.C Pro Concealer Palette and lighted matted in key areas with M.A.C Prep+ Prime Powder. Lips were hydrated with M.A.C Lip Conditioner.

After fighting our way through the crowds we managed to find our bus and head back for brush cleaning and kit reorganising in preparation for tomorrow's show.
