Model Miranda Kerr, who is known for looking nothing short of flawless at all times, has shared her morning beauty routine on her skincare brand Kora Organic's website and says it takes her no longer than 15 minutes to get ready each day (err, what?!)

The Victoria's Secret Angel and mother of three-year-old Flynn Christopher Bloom (with ex-husband Orlando Bloom) became an expert in skincare when she qualified as a holistic health practitioner before launching her vegan, cruelty-free and non-toxic beauty brand KORA Organics in 2009.

"I usually have very little time in the mornings, especially with a toddler," wrote the star, 31. "So with these simple skin and beauty steps I can get out the door in 15 minutes."

The Australian added that her skin really benefits from her morning routine. We round up her best tips below.

Miranda Kerr's recommended morning beauty tips:

On rising - Warm water with lemon

"I drink a glass of warm water with the juice of half an organic lemon each morning. Warm lemon water in the morning helps kick start the digestion process for the rest of the day. It’s also a morning ritual that cleanses the system, boosts your immune system and balances pH levels because lemons are very alkalizing. They are also abundant in vitamin C, which promotes healing and health."

Pre shower - Dry body brushing

"Dry body brushing is an integral part of my daily regime. It’s a great way to get the circulation going, remove dead skin cells, aid lymphatic drainage, detoxify your system and keep your skin smooth all over. I start with my feet and legs and work my way up in quick gentle strokes… it needn’t be too time consuming and just takes a few minutes before jumping into the shower."

Shower

"I multitask in the shower and cleanse both my face and body. I like to use KORA Organics Foaming Cleanser for my face – it’s a gentle, soap free, foaming cleanser formulated to gently cleanse the skin of impurities. The Aloe Vera, Green Tea and Sandalwood protect the skin from free radical damage while leaving the skin feeling fresh, clean and never dry or taut.

"I then apply a small amount of KORA Organics Essential Body Wash to a sponge and cleanse all over, it’s an uplifting aromatic blend of organically sourced essential oils such as Ylang Ylang, Sandalwood and Rose – so it’s the perfect uplifting sensory start to the day!"

Post shower

"To maintain my skin’s hydration throughout the day I keep a mist in my handbag and gently spritz throughout the day when required to freshen up."

Hair

"I wash my hair in the evening so it can dry naturally overnight, then all I have to do in the morning is style it. At the moment I prefer a low braid or a high topknot, as they both require little time and effort but still look feminine and polished. I also use a hairbrush with a natural bristle as it promotes shine and is gentle on the scalp."

Make-up

"I apply KORA Organics Tinted Day Cream as a healthy alternative to foundation. It’s quick and easy to apply and has the perfect amount of coverage. Use your fingers to apply, as the warmth will help the formulation melt into your skin for a flawless finish."

For her eye make-up, Kerr likes to define her lashes and groom her eyebrows. "The eyes really frame the face". I apply two to three coats of mascara.

"To finish off my look I apply lip balm if I want a more natural look, or a tint or lipstick in a shade of red if I want to make more of a statement – the red also brightens my complexion instantly. If I need a little more coverage I sparingly use RMS concealer where required."

Out the door with a Green juice

"Green cold pressed juices are packed with live, whole ingredients so it’s an instant health hit to the blood stream. The chlorophyll contained in cold pressed green juices can help keep your blood healthy and are very oxygenating. Green juices are high in vitamins and minerals making them great contributors to clear skin and bright eyes."
