Skin-Improving Juicing Plan: Brittle Nails

Brittle Nails Shopping List

Walnut oil, oranges, spinach, swiss chard, carrot, strawberries, raspberries, kiwi, celery, pomegranate, avocado, pineapple, curly kale, cucumber, lemon, parsnip, green pepper, watercress, romaine leaves, apples, spinach, parsley, ginger.

Supplements to take alongside every morning:

  • 2 of these in the morning Inner Me - Beautify Me vitamin Complex - www.innerme.co.uk
  • 1 tablespoon of Beauty Oil - Viridian (terrible taste but the goddess of beauty oils) - www.glowgetter.co.uk
  • 2 in the morning of Psyllium Husks - Holland and Barrett

Daily Healthy Diet:

The success of juicing is relative to the food you eat. Whilst this is not a diet of any kind we advise that you eat a healthy balanced diet that’s full of fresh food and try to cut back on refined food, high sugared foods if possible as this will help to boost the results.

Note. If starving, LISTEN TO YOUR BODY, a mid-morning snack of humous and carrot is fine and mid-afternoon snack of nuts (Brazil nuts are really good for skin) and half an avocado or a banana.

• Allow yourself an extra ½ an hour in the morning to prepare & drink your juices.

Every day:

Juice for breakfast and alongside your lunch if possible a lunchtime juice if not then dinner.

Day of Juice:

On day 6/7 of each week this is the Juice Day - Morning juice, lunchtime juice and healthy dinner of Miso soup and vegetables, season with tahini for added taste.

Don’t just stick to one juice make sure you rotate!

Breakfast Juices

Juice 1

  • x 2 Tablespoons walnut oil
  • x 2 Oranges
  • Small handful spinach
  • A handful Swiss chard
  • x 3 carrot
  • x 5 Strawberry’s
  • ½ punnet Raspberry’s
  • x 1 kiwi

x 2 sticks celery

½ pomegranate

Juice 2

  • Whole small avocado
  • 1 x small pineapple
  • 8 leaves of curly kale
  • 1/2 of English cucumber peeled
  • 1 slice of lemon

Lunchtime juices

Juice 1

  • 1 x parsnip
  • 1 x green pepper
  • two handfuls watercress
  • 1 x pealed cucumber

Juice 2

  • 8 x Romaine leaves
  • 4 x celery sticks
  • 2 x Pink Lady apples
  • 1 x handful of baby spinach
  • 1 x small bunch of kale
  • 1 x small bunch of parsley
  • 1 x lemon peeled
  • 2 x inch of fresh ginger
