No, Potter fans can rejoice after JK Rowling found it in her heart to give the gift of more stories of the wizard's world this festive season; 12 to be exact.
Earlier this week we featured the super exciting news that the stories would be released on the Pottermore website in the run up to Christmas and now the first one is here!
The stories can be read by fans once they answer riddles on Pottermore.
Today's riddle reads as follows but be warned there may be spoilers ahead..
Today's tale is about Cokeworth, the town where Severus Snape and Harry's mum Lily Evans grew up, in case you haven't guessed it.
Florean Fortescue's ghost is also set to star in one of the stories, and another is rumoured to tell all about what JK Rowling really thinks of Draco Malfoy we hear..
You can follow #PottermoreChristmas this festive season to make sure you don't miss any surprises.
JK Rowling wrote the back story behind one of Hogwarts' most fascinating characters - the cruel Dolores Umbridge- in a 5000-word essay she shared on Pottermore on Halloween.
And her novel The Casual Vacancy has also been adapted for the BBC to be shown over the Christmas, so there's plenty of JK Rowling to go around everyone.
Rowling once revealed that she had reams of Harry Potter backstory still in her head that could be written down. Saying: "no story lives unless someone wants to listen. The stories we love best do live in us forever. So whether you come back by page or by the big screen, Hogwarts will always be there to welcome you home."
We can't wait to read more!
