Buy a Disney princess-inspired designer dress

Created by a whole (new) world of designers

14 Aug 2013

In case you didn't know, the job of being a princess is genuinely real. Sadly, that position is currently filled. And so, with little chance of us actually meeting Harry, we've resigned ourselves to the fact that we'll not be adorned with a crown of jewels anytime soon.

However, we may have found the next best thing, as Harrods has announced it will be auctioning ten exclusive Disney Princess-inspired dresses, so at least we can look like one.

The collection includes Ariel, Aurora (Sleeping Beauty), Belle, Cinderella, Jasmine, Mulan, Pocahontas, Rapunzel, Snow White and Tiana. Each one will be auctioned off at Christies for Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity.

Designers who have created the gowns include, Oscar de la Renta, Versace and Elie Saab and are set to go up for auction in November.

We'd better get saving, then.
