While a pair of Manolo’s or Christian Louboutin shoes are currently de rigueur for most brides, UGG Australia are hoping to tap into the wedding market with the launch of its new 'I Do' wedding footwear range, which will be available to pre-order from the brand's new flagship store opening in London on June 1.
Under the slogan ‘Your wedding just got cozier’, brides and bridesmaids can choose from three snug styles for use before or after the wedding: shearling covered fluffy flip-flops (US only); a silver boot featuring a dazzling Swarovski crystal button, and for those after some serious bling, an UGG boot embellished with iridescent sequins.
You’ll be hard-pressed to find anyone that hasn’t succumbed to wearing those fluffy boots all winter long, so once on, what bride would want to take them off? Cosy sheepskin versus painful high heels – surely it's a no-brainer?
