The British Fashion Council has released its nominations for the British Style Award and there's surprisingly no sign of Alexa Chung, Harry Styles or Kate Middleton. Instead, singer Kate Bush, Jamie Hince (Kate Moss' husband) and footballer Daniel Sturridge top the list of style icons.
The recently married Amal Alamuddin Clooney also made the shortlist, who has been applauded for her chic, Italian Riviera-inspired style.
The British Style Award recognises individuals who most embody the spirit of British fashion and is an international ambassador for London as a leading creative fashion capital.
While there are definitely some surprises in the 20 personalities that are up for the award, Kate Moss, Cara Delevingne and David Beckham all made the cut. Meanwhile, Hollywood stars Emma Watson, Keira Knightley and Helen Mirren have also been nominated.
The public have until Wednesday 5 November to vote for their favourite and the winner will be announced at an awards ceremony on 1 December.
