Bridesmaids flash their bottoms in latest wedding photography trend

There are a lot of awkward wedding poses out there. There's the 'bride and groom kiss while everyone stares' picture; the 'jumping in the air' shot, or the one with everyone posing with their sunglasses on.

However, none of them are quite as baffling as bridemaids lifting up their skirts to bare their bottoms.

We don't know what exactly is going on here, but it seems the latest trend in group bridesmaids poses is of everyone facing their backs to the camera, while exposing a butt cheek or two.

Images like the ones featured below have been popping up across the internet on Reddit and Pinterest.

It's not the first time nudity has mixed with wedding photography. Last year, we discovered bride's were opting for nude boudoir shoots with their entire bridal party.

What do you think of the photographs? Are they fun and liberating or just not very appropriate? And the ultimate question - would you do it? Let us know in the comments section below.
