She's the good-time gal and style chameleon who refuses to take herself too seriously.
Ever since she popped onto our radar aged 21 in The Mask, Cameron Diaz has been a force to reckon with, with striking Californian good looks and an infectious on-screen presence. It's a vibe that translates well on the red carpet and Diaz always looks at home in what she wears, whether that's a Gucci ballgown or a form fitting number from Stella McCartney (one of a string of British designers Cameron has championed over the years, including Victoria Beckham and Vivienne Westwood).
Free-spirited, confident and relaxed, the 41-year-old actress is happy to give anything a whirl fashion-wise and over the years we've seen her showcase everything from trilbys to bra-free crop tops and double denim. She's equally open-minded when it comes to colour. Forget play-safe black - this is a lady who looks great in bold hues of orange, turquoise and Barbie pink.
But a tomboy at heart, Diaz is, above all, a "jeans and a T-shirt kind of girl". Yes, her red carpet style has become more elegant and polished over the years (she rarely puts a style foot out of place these days) but we get the sense she's most herself in a blazer, skinny jeans or a pair of shorts that only incidentally pay tribute to one of the finest pair of pins in Hollywood.
Come join us as we look back on the fashion evolution of one of cinema's freshest, most laid-back and fun-loving stylistas, from 1994 to now:
