After 16 years away, Chloe Sevigny is back as the face of Miu Miu’s Autumn/Winter 2012 campaign.
Shot by shot by Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott, the campaign will feature a series of portraits with the actress lounging around 1970s-style interiors, described by the brand a “dandy-like fantasy conveying a refreshing eccentricity”.

The Hit and Miss actress’s previous outing for the label was in their 1996 Spring/Summer campaign, and since then she’s been frequently pictured in Miu Miu designs, from her slightly risqué mirrored dress at the Costume Institute Gala this year, to this embellished skirt in 2009.
The actress rose to fame for her role in the controversial Larry Clark film Kids in 1995, and the indie poster girl label has remained ever since, fuelled by her quirky red carpet style and hip fashion credentials (she has a successful collaboration with American store Opening Ceremony). Her most recent role, as a pre-op transsexual contract killer in Hit & Miss saw her double Sky Atlantic's viewing figures, and she told Stylist "the part is like nothing I will ever play again".
