Emily Blunt arrives at the Golden Globes 2015

Emily Blunt arrived at this year’s Golden Globes wearing a white halterneck dress by Michael Kors, accessorised with turquoise earrings and a bracelet.

The actress is nominated for Best Actress in a Motion Picture, Comedy or Musical for her role as the baker’s wife in Into The Woods – a story about a baker and his wife who are desperate for children but are unable to have them because of a curse on the house. The witch next door, who created the original curse, promises to get them a child if they carry out a specific set of tasks.

Emily will go up against four other actresses; Amy Adams for Big Eyes, Quvenzhané Wallis for Annie, Helen Mirren for The Hundred-Foot Journey and Julianne Moore for her role in Maps to the Stars.

She has been nominated five times for a Golden Globe award, including for her role in The Devil Wears Prada. However, it was her role in Gideon's Daughter that won her the gong for Best Performance by an Actress in a Supporting Role in a Series or TV Film.

Hosting tonight’s event are Tina Fey and Amy Poehler, who are set to be as hilarious as ever, particularly if last year’s monologue is anything to go by.
