Erin O'Connor's new clothing line

Not just a pretty face, model Erin O'Connor has teamed up with stylist Kate Halfpenny to design a line of must-have t-shirts.

Christened She Died Of Beauty and featuring a simple yet concise offering of five beautiful typographic t-shirts and two bags in a classic monochrome palette, the designs will be available online this week.

According to Erin and Kate (a graduate of St Martins School of Design), the inspiration behind the brand name and collection was to make, "a teasing yet affectionate tickle at the fashion industry we continue to love, honour and serve”.

As well as attractive, witty and un-apologetic, the line is also eco-friendly, using only ethically and organically sourced materials - something which was vital to both Erin and Kate. "There's no reason why style and conscience can't co-exist," point out the earth-loving design duo.

The collection is available from dedicated online store Shediedofbeauty.com, with t-shirts priced at £40 and cotton bags a £20.
