Kate Moss has revealed she is launching her own talent agency - and "pretty people" need not apply.
The world-famous supermodel is often the star attraction at London Fashion Week shows Topshop Unique and Burberry - both brands she's affiliated with through business and modelling interests - but this season she's using global attention on the capital to chime with the launch of her very own enterprise.
Announcing the venture in Business of Fashion, the 42-year-old says her new business will be about much more than pretty faces.
"I want to focus more on managing people’s careers than just [running] a modelling agency," she explains.
I don’t really want pretty people, I want people that want to sing and dance and act - I want to create stars.

Moss, who was scouted at the age of 14, broke the catwalk mould with her below-average height, waif-like features and snaggle-tooth smile. Today she's one of the world's richest models - so is perhaps well placed to spot star power in unconventional characters.
Details of her new venture are sketchy. The Kate Moss Agency website has one holding page featuring a black and white model shot of Moss in a denim shirt, denim shorts and fishnet tights.
There is also an Instagram account that already has more than 2,000 followers since its launch on Monday.
The account launched with a photograph of Moss' cover shoot for the magazine, taken by her boyfriend Nikolai von Bismarck.
Moss does not have a public Instagram account of her own, but will appear in images on the agency's account says her new brand manager Camilla Johnson-Hill.
"There will be pictures of Kate, pictures that Kate has chosen and pictures of the other models that the agency represents," Johnson-Hill said, stressing that the social side of things will be strictly "Kate’s vision.”
Moss left Storm, the agency that spotted her back in 1988, earlier this year. Her half-sister Lottie Moss, 18, is still on its books - but for how long?
