Model catches earring mid-strut, becomes our fashion hero

Call off the search for the next James Bond, Alisar Ailabouni just out 007-ed everyone at New York Fashion Week.

The Syrian-born Austrian clothes horse is not a household name but she should be, if only for a ninja-like move she pulled on the catwalk at Christian Siriano.

Video has emerged of the 27-year-old doing her runway walk, when one of her long tasselled earrings suddenly drops from her ear.

With almost spooky intuition, the model slowly raises her left hand and catches the jewellery mid-walk, without batting an eyelid.

Witness the super-stealth for yourself:

"When a model is so professional that her earring drops on our Spring/Summer 2017 runway and she doesn't even miss a beat! So amazing @alisarailabouni," an impressed Siriano wrote in a post accompanying the video.

Ailabouni fared better than Bella Hadid, whose heels tripped her up on the runway and caused a spectacular catwalk stumble at Michael Kors.
