Kate Hudson, Cara Delevingne and Kurt Russell celebrate Thanksgiving with a dance performance

While it's just a normal Friday for us Brits (bar the Black Friday madness) over the pond our American cousins are enjoying a boozy feast and gathering together to celebrate Thanksgiving.

And, thanks to generous oversharing on Instagram, we can merrily take a look at how many of our favourite A-listers celebrate the day.

Which is how we came across this brilliant series of videos which lets us take a look at what one of America's biggest showbiz families get up to after a day of boozing and indulging.

Almost Famous star, Kate Hudson,  shared four videos of her, her family, and Cara Delevingne (yeah, we had no idea they were friends either) doing a dance routine to Bruno Mars and Mark Ronson's new track, Uptown Funk, after dancer Julianne Hough challenged them to Thanksgiving dance war

In the four videos, you can clearly see Kate's brother Oliver Hudson, star of Nashville, as well as her dad, actor Kurt Russell, who's in the middle, and brothers Boston Russell and Wyatt Russell getting into the groove.

To start the show, Cara and Kate jump out from behind the sofa, while the men tap their feet and nod their heads, while sipping from their glasses.

Cara and Kate then move on to throwing themselves over the sofa, with a big red toy dog, and then men appear to blow their noses on a tissue they pass from left to right.

In the fourth and final video they all go wild as the women throw themselves around the room, Kurt does what we can only imagine is a drunk robot and his boys do crotch thrusts. Bonus points for Wyatt Russell who does the whole thing half naked.

And if you're wondering where mum Goldie Hawn is, don't worry, she was the talented camerawoman for the whole shebang.

How much do you want to be going round to theirs for Christmas? We have serious family envy right now.
