Kate Middleton's Sarah Burton wedding dress has been voted the best bridal gown of all time, in a survey by Wrappler.com.
Kim Kardashian and Victoria Beckham's frocks made second and third place on the list with Kate Moss in John Galliano taking the fourth spot.
Keira Knightley's laid back Chanel tulle dress - which she wore to marry Klaxons keyboardist James Righton in May last year - also made the top 10 along with a fictional mention in the form of Carrie Bradshaw's beautiful Vivienne Westwood number.
Other gorgeous brides to make the final list included Coleen Rooney wearing Marchesa, the label of New York-based British designer Georgina Chapman, Abbey Clancy in Giles Deacon and Kelly Clarkson in Temperley.
Come remind yourselves of some of the show-stopping dresses to make the list, below:
Kate Middleton in Sarah Burton for Alexander McQueen
Kate's dress featured a strapless,Victorian-style corset, narrowed at the waist and padded at the hips underneath a high-necked, long-sleeved, sculpted bodice in intricate lacework, handmade by the Royal School of Needlework at Hampton Court Palace.
The English Cluny lace was handworked in the Carrickmacross tradition, which originated in Ireland in the 1820's, and was mixed with French Chantilly lace.
The Sarah Burton creation took top spot in the Wrappler.com survey, collecting 27% of votes.
Kim Kardashian in Givenchy
Kim's custom-made Givenchy creation by Riccardo Tisci gown featured long lace sleeves with sheer panels at the sides and a sheer back which nodded to Kim's signature sexy style. The form-fitting silhouette hugged her svelte frame perfectly and she wore her hair down with a long, flowing veil that matched her dress and covered her face as she came down the aisle.
Kim posted this family portrait from her wedding on Instagram with the caption My Everything:
Kim also shared the incredibly impressive back view of her gown thanking Riccardo and saying: "Still feels like it was a dream! Thank you @riccardotisci17 for making me the most gorgeous gown I've ever seen! I'm so grateful @givenchyofficial for this Givechy Couture wedding gown!"
Victoria Beckham in Vera Wang
When the artist formerly known as Posh Spice married soccer player David Beckham in 1999, she did so in a structured, ballgown-skirted Vera Wang. The trend-setting star no doubt played a huge role in the subsequent popularity of the strapless wedding dress.
Kate Moss in John Galliano
The supermodel called upon her close friend and disgraced ex-Christian Dior creative director John Galliano for her wedding dress to Jamie Hince in July 2011. Saying she wanted "a classic Galliano, those chiffon thirties kind," the pair brainstormed the dress after Kate met him with "bags full of bits, and pulled tulle and sequins and veils and flowers. And then we just kind of pinned things together, like the old days, you know?" Kate says.
Carrie Bradshaw in Vivienne Westwood
The construction of this couture gown in the first movie adaptation of Sex And The City was impeccable, with its high seams and abundance of layers. A shorter cocktail dress-style version of the dress sold out in hours.
The original floor sweeping version can be made to order but prices start at an eye-watering £11, 000.
Keira Knightley in Chanel
Keira teamed her simple but elegant short, strapless tulle dress by Chanel's Karl Lagerfeld, with flats, a cropped Chanel jacket, and a daisy-chain garland when she married Klaxons keyboardist James Righton in May last year. She famously recycled the dress from previously occasions saying: "I'd worn the dress lots. It was my something old. And I liked not making a big deal about it. I just wanted to be in something I had had a great time in, something I would have a great time in again."
