Lena Dunham arrives at the 2014 Emmys

Lena Dunham arrived at the 2014 Emmys in a pink and white ruffle skirt with a dusty pink shirt by Giambattista Valli. She was accompanied by her boyfriend, musician Jack Antonoff.

Lena is one of the actresses up for the prestigious award of leading actress is a comedy series for her role as Hannah Horvath in Girls.

This is the second time the 28-year-old has been nominated in this category and is up against some stiff competition, which includes Edie Falco (Nurse Jackie) Julia Louis-Dreyfus (Veep), Melissa McCarthy (Mike & Molly), Amy Poehler (Parks & Recreation) and Taylor Schilling for her role in Orange is the New Black.

This Friday a teaser for Girls season four was released, which saw Hannah (Lena) riding a bike and then swiftly falling off it in a park. You can watch the trailer here.

This year's Emmys is set to be an exciting affair, hosted by Late Night's Seth Meyers. Scheduled to present awards includes stars such as Jimmy Fallon, Allison Williams, Mindy Kaling, Lena Headey, Bryan Cranston and Kerry Washington.
