Margherita Missoni designs for OrphanAid

Margherita Missoni has created M Missoni OrphanAid Africa, a capsule collection of ready-to-wear and accessories that supports families and foster care in Ghana.

Hot on the heels of the overhemlingly successful line for Target, the Missonis, it seems, cannot put a foot wrong. If the past is anything to go by, then their latest venture is set to be equally as successful - and its all for charity. Launching in Milan today, New York next week and exclusively on yoox.com, M Missoni for OrphanAid Africa is the brain child of the stylish Missoni heiress, Margherita ( seen on the right with Angela and Rosita Missoni). The collection, created to help orphaned children in Ghana, is a capsule range of t-shirts, shoes, dresses, trench coats and bags - all in the coveted archetypal zig-zag stripe Missoni is now famed for. For all those under the misconception that charity fashion is never quite fashionable enough, this super affordable range - everything under 100pounds - should debunk that myth.

MMissoni for OrphanAid Africa is available at yoox.com from the 16th of November.
