Forbes magazine has calculated that supermodel Gisele Bündchen earns over £74,000 ($125,000) a day, making her t he world's highest earning model.

The business magazine revealed that the Brazilian beauty made around £27 million ($47 million) in 2013 and has made £225 million ($386 million) throughout her whole career.

The 33-year-old mother-of-two earns such a high figure as a result of her endorsement deals, which includes taking over from Beyoncé as the face of H&M, as well as being the face of Chanel and David Yurman (whose face before Gisele was none other than Kate Moss).

Miranda Kerr earns £4.3 million

She also earns from her lucrative business deals, such as her lingerie line, accessory collections and her Ipanema flip-flops. However, she has said that "people who write these things don't have my bank account detail. I do OK, I earn plenty, but not as much as they say. I've already been audited by the IRS because of this list and, truthfully, whether I'm on this list or not doesn't interest me."

Fellow Victoria's Secret supermodels make significantly less that Miss Bundchen, who is married to football star Tom Brady, with Miranda Kerr earning £4.3 million ($7.2 million), Adriana Lima on £3.5 million ($6 million) and Candice Swanepoel at £1.9 million ($3.3 million) per year.

Currently, model-of-the-moment Cara Delevingne is reportedly worth £1 million per year, which would mean she earns just under £3,000 per day. Although with campaigns for Burberry, Oscar de la Renta, Dolce & Gabbana, Victoria’s Secret, Fendi, Moschino to name a few, we imagine she'll be getting to the lofty heights of Gisele's fortunes in the not-too-distant future.

Kate Moss earns £4 million per year

The iconic Kate Moss is worth approximately £4 million $7 million per year, which includes her campaigns for St. Tropez and Kerastase, and means the model earns roughly over £11,000 per day.
