Vivienne Westwood looked back to the heroes of the past for autumn/winter 2012, inspired by the artists and intellectuals of 17th centuryLondon. Sticking to her style signatures of corsets (bejewelled and embroidered this time), drape-collar dresses and bustled skirts, Westwood infused her collection with sweeping full-length coats, clompy platforms and shaggy feather cover-ups for a modern take on antique style.
