Sarah Jessica Parker and her husband Matthew Broderick have put their New York townhouse up for sale for the sum of £13.6 million ($22 million).
Even better, we've got all the pictures of their recently-listed place below. You know, just in case you want to buy it.
Located in Greenwich Village, the 25-foot wide includes five bedrooms, seven fireplaces and it even has a guest floor. That's probably for when Miranda, Charlotte, and Samantha come to stay, right?
While it went up for sale in 2012, the couple have re-listed the property, which includes a massive walk-in wardrobe with a built-in shoe rack, which we're sure Carrie Bradshaw would be more than happy with.
The first floor, called the 'Garden' floor, has a stainless steel kitchen, marble wall fireplace and access to the south-facing garden.
On the 'Parlor' floor there are twin fireplaces and a Juliet balcony from where you can access the garden. Next up, the 'Guest' floor, features three bedrooms, which is perfect for visitors or children’s bedrooms.
The grand 'Master' floor features, unsurprisingly, the master bedroom, which includes a marble bath in its ensuite bathroom, and that massive windowed walk-in closet we already told you about.
Finally, there’s the 'Family' floor, which is illuminated by two oversized skylights. 50' long bookcases, a separate built-in entertainment system, small windowed office with storage closet, and limestone / mosaic half-bath.
SJP's home also apparently comes with that ping pong table we saw in her house when she let US Vogue take a peek inside. While the property now looks fairly different inside, that doesn't mean we'd say no to buying this property. You know, if we won the lottery.
The couple are currently listing the property with Bravo's Million Dollar Listing New York show, hosted by Fredrik Eklund (this will probably only make sense to US readers *waves*), as part of Douglas Elliman real estate company.
Right, who fancies a quick whip-round?
