To launch the Autumn/Winter 2012 ‘Skin to Skin’ collection, Sergio Rossi commissioned director Luca Guadagnino to make a short film that celebrates – even fetishizes – the luxury Italian brand’s exquisite shoes and accessories.

In the sensual clip, model Diana Dondoe enters a dark room and sits on an intricately carved ‘Mixo’ Michel Haillard throne. The camera lingers over her beautifully worked leather boots, bodice and bag that resemble armour and look both primitive and futuristic at the same time. It's a compelling way to showcase the craftsmanship of the pieces which are most definitely the stars of the film.
