The £13.5k gladiator heels

Dazzling diamonds...for your feet.

As if knee-high gladiator sandals weren't eye-catching enough, shoe company Eurowalk has created a pair covered in real diamonds for customers in China.

Not ideal for a night on the tiles - the gladiator heels being modelled in China

The towering heels are on sale at a mall in Taiyuan, capital of northern China's Shanxi Province, for 128,000 Yuan (£13,500).

There are plenty of the diamond-adorned heels to go round, though it's not known if anyone has bought a pair

Despite the hefty price tage, Eurowalk still has a long way to go before it's in the league of celebrity shoe designer Stuart Weitzman, whose bespoke creations can fetch millions of pounds:

Above: Stuart Weitzman's $1 million (£650,000) diamond sandals, which handily double as a necklace, and the Retro Rose T-straps made with Kwiat Diamonds, also valued at $1 million
