Keira Knightley, Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon raise the glamour stakes at Toronto film festival

Grab your stylist and have your camera face ready - it's red carpet time over at Toronto International Film Festival 2014. A host of Hollywood names have descended on the Canadian metropolis to celebrate the very best in new film releases, from Wild, the new drama hailed as Reese Witherspoon's Oscar-worthy comeback, to Jennifer Aniston's gritty transformation in Cake.

Perhaps in a nod to the festival's weighty cinematic credentials, stars tend to dress down for Toronto. High octane drama is replaced by low-key chic, with Keira Knightley in dreamy Chanel (not a million miles off her wedding dress), Kate Bosworth in form-fitting Hugo Boss and Salma Hayek in a fabulous Christopher Kane number.
