This week's Friday Night Cocktail comes with a spy theme, so get your Bond on as you prepare to sample Skyfall - a Vesper Martini created by bartender extraordinaire Erik Lorincz at The Savoy Hotel to celebrate the latest 007 flick.
Shaken, not stirred (naturally).
Ingredients
- 25ml Ketel One Vodka
- 25ml Tanqueray No. TEN
- 15ml Cocchi Americano
- 10ml Plum Wine
- 15ml Lemon Juice
- 10ml Yuzu Juice
- 15ml Sugar Syrup
Method
1. Shake all the ingredients and strain into deep champagne coupette
2. Place a lump of ice into the drink and serve
3. Enjoy!
