Amazing pies to try

Fish pie.jpg

Today marks the start of British pie week (7-13 March). The humble pie has been an institution in British kitchens for centuries, one of the reasons why they're so popular, apart from being delicious, comforting, simple and a way of using up leftovers, is because there are so many varieties, an unlimited amount in fact. From chicken to steak, shepherds to cottage, appleto chocolate – there is a pie for everyone.

We’ve put together three very special and luxurious pie recipes to celebrate. Enjoy!
