Whilst the idea of a hammock sounds utterly relaxing - the thought of slowly swinging side to side whilst lazily leafing through a book is a blissful one (particularly if you throw a tropical location and a cocktail into the mix) - in reality the experience can be rather stressful and more than a little dangerous.
There's getting in to the thing for one, a precarious task is ever there was one. And then, once you're in, it's a delicate balancing act to ensure you stay suspended and avoid tumbling to the ground with a thud.
Spare a thought then for the pair of black bear cubs in the video below, who can testify to the tricky nature of hammock lounging. Whilst the duo work as a team to clamber into the contraption, it's not long before they make one false move and find themselves cruelly ejected from the contraption - in an utterly cute way.
