It's the Friday before Father's Day, so why not try mixing up the Sailor Jerry and Ginger cocktail? With subtle Caribbean spices balanced with sweet vanilla and rich caramel, it's a delight to the taste buds - and a winner to dads the worldwide. Bottom's up!

Ingredients (serves one)

50ml Sailor Jerry Spiced

150ml Ginger Beer

1 Lime Wedge

5 Ice Cubes

All ingredients are available from Ocado

Method

1. Fill a tall glass with cubed ice.

2. Add 2 measures of Sailor Jerry.

3. Top up with Ginger Beer.

4. Squeeze in a wedge of lime and leave as a garnish.

5. Enjoy!
