Friday Night Cocktail

Get ready to fizz the summer evenings away with this irresistibly delicious concoction. Blending raspberry liqueur with vodka and champagne, it's definitely on the more sophisticated end of the cocktail list - think Carrie Bradshaw and co. on a balmy afternoon in Manhattan. Bliss.

Ingredients (serves one):

3 Fresh Raspberries

1 tsp Chambord Raspberry Liqueur

50 ml Absolut Vodka

2 ice cubes

Champagne, to fill

All ingredients are available from Ocado

Method:

1. Pour the Absolut Vodka into a champagne glass on top of the ice cubes

2. Add 1 tsp Chambord Raspberry Liqueur and mix

3. Pour in the champagne, stirring all the time

4. Garnish with rasberries

5. Enjoy!
