Friday Night Cocktail


Get set for the weekend with this zesty and sophisticated cocktail, fusing citrus, tropical and berry fruits with Rose and Kirsch. The perfect accessory to a long - and dare we say sunny - summer's day.

Ingredients (makes one glass)

125ml Fetzer White Zinfandel Rose

15ml Kirsch

25ml pineapple juice

2 lemon wedges

2 orange slices

2 chunks of fresh pineapple


1. Muddle the fruit in the base of a shaker or mixing bowl

2. Add the Fetzer wine and the kirsch and mix gently

3. Pour through a fine strainer into an ice-filled hurricane glass

4. Garnish with fresh pineapple
