To celebrate the glorious return of the weekend, why not fix up you and your friends a bowl of Devil's Punch? A naughty twist on Californian Fetzer White Zinfandel, this delicious addition to any party or get-together is named after a seacave in the coastal area of Mendocino.
2 bottles Fetzer White Zinfandel Rose
300ml Finlandia Mango Vodka
200ml Chambord Black Raspberry Liqueur
200ml Pineapple Juice
5 Lemons, (2 juiced, 3 sliced)
5 Oranges, (2 juiced, 3 sliced)
1 litre Soda Water
6 Strawberries, quartered
2 Mint Sprigs
1. Add the Fetzer, Finlandia, Chambord and juices to a punchbowl and refrigerate for 2 hours.
2. Just before serving, add ice, soda water, mint and sliced fruit.
