Welcome in what looks to be one of the sunniest weekends of the year so far with this uber-chic concoction.
Featuring sparkling elderflower, rosé wine and strawberries, it's got all the ingredients for a truly delicious drink and works well either mixed in individual glasses or in a pitcher for parties.

Ingredients
1 bottle Fetzer White Zinfandel Rosé
1 bottle Belvoir Sparkling Elderflower Pressé
1 carton of Strawberries
1 Cucumber
1 Lime
1 pack of Fresh Mint
Method
1) Put cubed ice in a glass or pitcher.
2) In each glass, put 2 halved strawberries, 2 slices of cucumber and 1 slice of lime.
3) Add to the glass 1 part Fetzer White Zinfandel Rosé to 2 parts Sparkling Elderflower and mix gently.
4) Decorate with a sprig of mint and enjoy!
