Friday Night Cocktail


Embrace the Friday feeling with this sumptuous Park Apple Fizzer - a light, refreshing cocktail blending classic seasonal fruits. With traditional ginger ale and Bombay Sapphire the star ingredients, it's the perfect start to the promised weekend heatwave. Cheers!

Ingredients (serves one)

50ml Bombay Sapphire

20ml Lemon Juice

50ml Apple Juice

130ml Ginger Ale

1 Lime Wedge

All ingredients are available from Ocado


1. Fill a tall glass ¾ full of cubed ice

2. Add the ingredients

3. Stir well

4. Garnish with a lime wedge and serve with two straws

5. Enjoy!
