Friday Night Cocktail

Get your weekend going with a zing with this sweet yet zesty mix of Southern Comfort Lime, fruity elderflower and spicy ginger beer. You won't need a trip to Hawaii when you’re sipping this this tropical mix...

Ingredients (makes one cocktail)

25ml Southern Comfort Lime

15ml Elderflower cordial

ginger beer to top up

a few lime wedges

Method

1. Fill a glass with ice cubes

2. Pour in the Southern Comfort Lime

3. Add the elderflower cordial and top up with ginger beer

4. Squeeze lime wedges into the glass and discard

5. Finish with garnish and enjoy!
