Painfully accurate graphs illustrate what turning 30 is really like

Turning 30 HERO.jpg

What really happens to you when you turn 30? Does it mean sitting in your penguin pyjamas, singing All By Myself after you've knocked back half a bottle of red? Or does it mean earlier nights and an emotional attachment to your expensive eye cream?

While we hope it's not the first one (no offence, Bridget), the second one definitely rings true to our ears. Sure, we still like to go out but those two-day hangovers are not exactly our idea of a good time, especially when there are farmers markets to be going to.

And so we love these brilliant illustrations, created by illustrator Jessica Saia and writer Cecilia Rabess which visually in an all-too-real way what the third decade is really like.

According to them not only will you be more likely to take your parents advice, you'll actually want to get asked for your ID and you won't care as much about what other people think. But mostly it's about comfy shoes.
