These are 10 of the most liked images on Instagram

It’s official: Beyonce is the queen of Instagram.

The singer’s epic pregnancy announcement, in which she revealed she was having twins by posting a snap of herself wearing nothing but underwear and a veil while kneeling in front of a giant alter made of flowers, was named the most popular post ever on Instagram earlier this year. 

With 10.9 million likes and counting, the candid photo rapidly overtook the popularity of the former most-liked image on the platform, a snap of Selena Gomez drinking from a bottle coke (6.6 million likes).

Now, with Instagram stories reporting a whopping 200 million daily users, some 42 million more than Snapchat, we have taken a look at some of the most popular ever images that have been shared on the platform.
