Take a tour around Leighton Meester's £1.5 million California house

Actress Leighton Meester, who married actor Adam Brody last February, is set to sell her California home for £1.5 million ($2.35 million).

The 28-year-old originally bought the property in 2011, which is located in Ventura Boulevard, after Gossip Girl came to an end in 2012, and she moved from New York to Los Angeles.

A ranch-style house, it includes four bedrooms and five bathrooms, as well as state-of-the-art tech such as hidden ceiling speakers and smart home technologies. The kitchen comes with smart marble counter tops, refinished floors, high end finishes and custom fixtures.

To enjoy the warm weather, there's a private tiered backyard with salt water pool with tree top views and separate pool house with changing room. And if you're entertaining, there's also a built-in BBQ, with speakers, bar and refrigerator.

For those who cherish their privacy and want to avoid the glare of a paparazzi lens, the house even includes a high level security system with eight cameras to ensure there are no unwanted guests.
