“You can't break our spirit”: defiant tube messages after London Bridge attack

London transport workers are demonstrating the capital’s resilience in the face of Saturday night’s terror attack on London Bridge and Borough Market in a simple but important way – with whiteboards and marker pens.

Defiant, inspiring and brave handwritten messages are being shared with thousands of commuters as they continue to go about their business at stations across the capital – be that travelling to work, meetings, appointments, sightseeing or meeting friends. 

“London Bridge will never fall down. You can’t break our spirit”, was the message being spread at Walthamstow station.
