Filthy Cow Manchester

Filthy Cow

Filthy Cow, Manchester

10 Tib Lane, Manchester M2 4JB
Opening date: March 14
What's the story? Filthy Cow has been open for two weeks but after a soft launch, April is where it will really hit its stride. Created by the most entrepreneurial 23-year old we've ever heard of, Filthy Cow is an attempt to bring the dirty burger scene that is currently booming in London to Manchester. Jordan Gallimore spent a year researching the London burger scene before bringing her "Soho-inspired" restaurant to the North, and it's certainly not skimping on the cow theme. But vegetarians shouldn't be wary, there are 'filthy' burgers of every style, from Filthy Beast to Filthy Halloumi Sarnie, and shakes and craft beer to cap it all off.
