Recipes to make your Christmas leftovers into delicious, nutritious meals

Christmas and indulgence go hand in hand. What with several huge meals to cook, it's inevitable that there will be a few things left over when everybody's finished eating. 

But leftovers are one of the delights of the season - being able to sneak down after a big meal and pick at food from the fridge in the middle of the night is part of the indulgence of Christmas.

And with so much food around, from the turkey to the vegetables, it's possible to start over and delicious new dishes using leftovers so that you aren't just making turkey sandwiches and bubble and squeak over and over again.
