25 delicious summer cocktail recipes

Sunshine and cocktails go hand-in-hand, or glass-in-hand to be more precise. Who doesn't fantasise about lying on a sun lounger with a cocktail somewhere in the immediate vicinity at least five times a day? But when the sun comes out it's inevitable that the best rooftop bars and beer gardens get crowded quicker than you can say "G&T". So we've put together a list of tasty cocktails that can be made and enjoyed at home. All recipes make one measure of the cocktail - so if you're having a party, multiply up.

Enjoy!
