Friday Night Cocktail


The weather outside is (sort of) frightful - but a cocktail's so delightful. So why not get toasty indoors this weekend with Hot Bramble, a tasty and festive winter warmer concoction? All you need to kickstart the festive season...

Bottom's Up!

Ingredients (makes one cocktail)

  • 50ml red wine
  • 25ml SoCo™
  • 25ml apple juice
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 Star anise
  • 1½ tsp caster sugar
  • 1 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
  • 1 slice lemon


1. Heat ingredients slowly to a gentle simmer

2. Serve in heatproof glasses or cups

3. Enjoy!
