Friday Night Cocktail

This week's tipple comes with peach liqueur and grapefruit, so it almost counts towards your five a day. Get set for a unique twist on the classic Bellini, as we introduce The Big Z...

Ingredients

  • 50ml peach liqueur (any)
  • 1 squeeze of a ¼ ruby grapefruit
  • ice cubes (glass ¾ full)
  • 1 bottle of ZEO, chilled

Method

  • Pour the peach liqueur into an oversized wine glass
  • Add the grapefruit squeeze and ice
  • Top up the glass with ZEO and mix
  • Garnish with a wedge of grapefruit
  • Enjoy!
