Friday Night Cocktail

tia-maria.jpg

It's Friday, it's winter and we're in the mood for something warm with an alcoholic kick. Step up the Tia Ginger, a delicious zingy concoction that has all the hallmarks of a great pre-Christmas drink - plus you can put that half-full bottle of Tia Maria that's lingered in your kitchen cupboard for the past six months to good use too...

Ingredients

  • 35cl Tia Maria
  • Half a fresh lime
  • Ginger Beer

Instructions

  • Pour ingredients into a highball glass filled with ice
  • Squeeze in the juice of half a fresh lime and garnish with fresh mint
  • Enjoy!
