Friday Night Cocktail

coffee crop.jpg

If you need an extra boost this Friday, why not try this week's Friday Night Cocktail. It's a grown up coffee made with coffee-flavoured tequila to pack in that extra punch. To mellow it out it's topped with whipped cream and cocoa powder.

Serves 1

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Patrón XO Cafe
  • strong brewed coffee
  • freshly whipped cream
  • cocoa powder for garnish

Method

In a heated coffee mug add the Patrón XO.

Fill the rest of the mug with coffee leaving 1 inch at the top.

Top with freshly whipped cream.

Garnish with cocoa powder.
