It's Friday, the weekend is nigh and it's time to toast your two days off with our weekly cocktail. Today's offering combines mulled wine with Martini to sumptuous effect. We particularly like the fresh honeycomb and ginger bread ingredients!
Ingredients (makes one)
75ml spice infused Drambuie
10ml Mandarin Napolean
10ml Mayfair Christmas syrup
Cube of fresh honeycomb
1. Muddle all ingredients together
2. Shake and serve cold in a martini glass or hot in a brandy balloon glass
3. Half rim the glass with crushed ginger bread
